Ordering and payment

An order is complete once it is confirmed on the checkout page, and you receive a message with its details.

We accept mada, Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and STC Pay, and instalments with Tamara and Tabby.

Prices and tax

All prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT.

Gifting

When ordering a gift for someone else, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the recipient’s name, mobile number and address.

If delivery fails because these details are wrong, we contact you to set a new day, and a second delivery fee may apply.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver inside Saudi Arabia. Delivery costs 25 SAR inside Riyadh and 35 SAR to other cities, and it is free for orders over 500 SAR.

You choose the delivery day and its period at checkout from the days available, and an order usually arrives within 2 to 5 working days.

Flowers, dates and chocolate are delivered inside Riyadh only, from the day after the order.

Requests from entities and quotes

A request for a quote is not a purchase order, and a quote is valid until the date written on it.

Work starts after the quote is approved and the payment method and delivery date are agreed.

Intellectual property

The product designs, photos and texts in the store belong to the Gifts Cooperative Society and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the regulations of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.
